(a) whether Delhi has muscled out Mumbai as the economic capital of India, taking the 30th spot among the top 50 metropolitan economic entities globally according to the latest data;

(b) if so, the details thereof ;

(c) whether the purchasing power parity of the metro cities in the country are increasing; and

(d) if so, the details thereof?
