(a) whether a new technology to (:urb counterfeit products has been launched recently;

(b) if so, the details thereof:

(c) whether the present mechanism has failed to check the proliferation of fake goods;

(d) if so, the details thereof; and

(e) the extent to which the new technology has been successful to check fake goods?
