(a) whether the Government proposes to decontrol the sugar industry;
(b) if so, whether study report has been prepared by an expert committee
for the purpose;
(c) if so, the details and the outcome thereof;
(d) whether the views of other stakeholders including the State Governments,
farmers and sugar mills has also been ascertained; and
(e) if so, the details thereof and reaction of the Government thereto?
