(a) whether it is a fact that domestic passenger traffic grew by 13.3% in October, 2018, the slowest in 15 months;
(b) if so, the reasons therefor;
(c)whether the domestic air traffic has been growing at 201% y-o-y due to affordable fares and rising personal income in the 2018 calendar year; and
(d) whether it is also true that the majority of carriers reported 2-7 % y-o-y decline in passenger load factor in October, 2018?
