(a) whether any announcement has been made or proposed to be made to develop roads on NH in Uttar Pradesh during the last three years along with the number of roads to be developed as NH;
(b) the names and length of these highways;
(c) the total stretch of these highways where work has been completed;
(d) whether the said work is being executed in a planned manner; and
(e) if not, the reasons therefor?

(a) to (c) The development and maintenance of National Highways is a continuous process. In last three years i.e. 2015-16, 2016-17 and 2017-18, 86 number of works for a length of 3121 km has been awarded for development of various National Highways in the State of Uttar Pradesh. During last three years, 1947 km length has been completed.
(d) Yes Madam.
