Question : Protected Monuments in Bihar

(a) the monument and location-wise details of the protected monuments in Bihar as on date;

(b) the amount of funds spent by the Government on the maintenance/ protection and construction thereof monument-wise during the last three years;

(c) whether the State Government has sent a request to the Centre for including more monuments in the list of protected monuments; and

(d) if so, the action taken by the Government in this regard?

(a) There are 70 Centrally Protected Monuments in Bihar. Details are at Annexure.

(b) Amount of fund spent on conservation and preservation of these Centrally Protected Monuments in Bihar during the last three years is as under:
