(a) whether the Telecom Service Providers (TSPs) in India are not adhering to the Honourable Supreme Court order for the payment of Adjusted Gross Revenue (AGR) which is due for more than 15 years;
(b) if so, the details thereof and the reaction of the Government thereto and
(c) the action taken/being taken by the Government for early recovery of the said dues?

(a) The Telecom Service Providers(TSPs) have made some payments in compliance of the Honourable Supreme Court order dated 24.10.2019.
(b) Details are attached as Annexure. The government has again directed the TSPs to make full payments vide letter dated 04.03.2020.
(c) The Government has directed all Telecom Service Providers (TSPs) to make the payments in accordance with the order of the Hon’ble Supreme Court dated 24.10.2019 vide letters dated 13.11.2019, 20.01.2020 and 14.02.2020.
