(a) whether the Government propose to formulate a uniform national criteria for privatisation of road sector;

(a)&(b) Yes, Sir. It is a continuous process and detailed and comprehensive guidelines for private sector participation on BOT basis in National Highway projects and Model Concession Agreements for road projects costing less than Rs. 100 crores as well as for projects costing more than Rs. 100 crores have already been issued.
