(a) the amount allocated to Madhya Pradesh for the repair and maintenance of National Highways during the years 1998-99 and 1999-2000;
(b) the amount spent on National Highway Nos. 7 and 27 separately during the said financial years; and
(c) the number of narrow bridges and culverts on these two National Highways widened from the said amount during these financial years?

Maintenance and Repair.
1998-99 1999-2000 M&R M&R (Upto1/2000) (Rs. in lakhs)(c): During this period widening of 21 culverts/bridges were completed and work on 2 bridges are in progress.
