Question : Transfer of PSDF

(a) whether it is a fact that transfer of funds from regulatory pool to Power System Development Fund (PSDF) and then to public accounts take a lot of time;

(b) if so, the reasons therefor; and

(c) the steps being taken by the Union Government to expedite transfer of funds in future?
