(a) whether the Government has constituted an integrated agency for the generation,
transmission and distribution of power in States;
(b) if so, the number of States in which such agencies are functioning;
(c) whether the States power sector has been benefited therefrom; and
(d) the initiatives taken by the Government to ensure the smooth functioning of the agency?
