(a): Government of India has no proposal to set up a single window or nodal agency for all approvals across the country for developing solar projects.
(b): Yes, Madam. Government has regular interactions with the industry. Industry associations interact regularly with Government. Various events are organized like RE Invest and follow up meetings of RE-Invest in various states. In all tenders, pre-bid meetings are held to clarify any doubts.
(c): Yes Madam. In order to facilitate integration of large scale renewable generation capacity addition envisaged in 12th plan in various renewable resource rich states viz. Tamil Nadu, Andhra .Pradesh, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Jammu & Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh, a comprehensive transmission plan comprising intra state and inter-State transmission system strengthening has been evolved as a part of “Green Energy Corridors”.
(d): The recent tender of National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) for Solar Power Project of 500 MW in Andhra Pradesh has got a bid of Rs. 4.63 per unit. The levelised CERC tariff for Solar PV projects for the year 2015-16 is Rs. 6.86 per Unit. The Plant Load Factor of solar photovoltaic plants achieved under projects installed under phase-I, Batch – II of National Solar Mission is upto 21%.
