Rosamma George, May 28, 1953; 4 s. and 5 d.; Planter (Estate  Owner); previously associated with Indian National Congress (upto 1964); former President, Kothamangalam Panchayat, 1965-67; Chairman, Kerala Tourism Development Corporation,  1978-79; previously Visiting Farm Professor, Kerala Agriculture University; Member, (i) Indian Coconut Council, (ii) Farm Progrmme Advisory Committee of A.I.R. and (iii) District Development Committee; Member, Seventh Lok Sabha, 1980-84; presently Leader of the Kerala Congress; Party in Parliament.
