His father, Shri Baliram Gaikwad has been the first student from Kasar Sirsi Village belonging to Dalit Community. He has had the privilege of working with Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar. He has worked with Swami Ramanand (Teerth), Vinoba Bhave. He was also associated with Hyderabad Liberation Struggle but he never sought any amenities from the Government. I have worked for Dalit Organisation.
