(a) whether it is a fact that around 153 mentally retarded women and children were ill-treated and spied upon through the CCTV camera by the male employees in a shelter home in the NCT of Delhi;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether the Government has constituted any committee to investigate into the matter; and
(d) if so, the details thereof and the time by which such committee is likely to submit its report?

(a) & (b) Department of Social Welfare, Government of NCT of Delhi (GNCTD) has informed that no such case has been reported.
(c) & (d) Department of Social Welfare, GNCTD has informed that a Committee headed by Director (SW) was deputed to inspect the premises of Asha Kiran Complex on 06.02.2017. The Committee has since submitted its report.
