(a) whether the Government has signed a Memorandum of Understanding MoU with foreign
agencies for not giving images to wrong hand while selling satellilte images;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether the compliance of the said MoU by foreign agencies is being done;
(d) if so, the details thereof; and
(e) if not, the action taken/proposed to be taken against foreign agencies not complying
with the MoU?

(a) & (b) Antrix have signed a Memorandum of Understanding for providing the images /
data to foreign agencies followed by an End User License Agreement wherein the foreign agency
gives a declaration that the images / data are not distributed for unauthorized use.
(c), (d) Yes, Sir. The compliance of the Memorandum of
& (e) Understanding is done as a part of contract management / implementation and if
any non-compliance is observed, the contract is not-renewed/terminated.
