(a) whether the scrap of trains, engines, tracks, old coaches, etc. which gets accumulated is disposed of timely;
(b) if not, the concrete steps taken/proposed by the Government for the timely disposal and re-cycling of the said scrap; and
(c) the details in this regard during the last three years, division-wise?
