Question : TAKING OVER AIR SAHARA BY JET AIRWAYS

(a) whether the Government is aware of taking over of Sahara Airlines by Jet Airways;

(b) if so, whether the Jet Airways has approached the Government seeking formal clearance of the acquision and the resultant asset transfer of Sahara Airlines; and

(c) if so, the decision taken by the Government in the matter?
