(a) the details of officers of State cadre, i.e., Officers selected by the State Public Commission deputed in Government of India services; and
(b) the rules for deputation of State level officers selected by the respective State Public Service Commission (non-IAS) for deputation at Government of India offices or Ministries or as personal staff of Ministers?

(a): No centralized data /details of officers of State cadre / officers selected by State Public Service Commission on deputation in Government of India is maintained.
(b): The appointments, including those of State Government officers, on deputation basis to the posts in Central Government and in the personal staff of Ministers are governed by the Service Rules/ Recruitment Rules of the respective posts and other relevant rules and instructions issued from time to time. The selection of individuals appointed on co-terminus basis in the personal staff of Ministers are made at the discretion and pleasure of the Minister concerned.
