(a) the details of new National Highways (NHs) sanctioned for construction in the State of Karnataka during the last three years;
(b) whether the Government has received any proposal from the State Government during the said period for construction of new NHs;
(c) if so, the action taken thereon; and
(d) the funds allocated, released and utilised for development and construction of NHs in Karnataka during the said period, year-wise?
