Question : SMUGGLING OF ARMS

(a) whether smuggling of arms and ammunitions from arms depots or ordnance factories have come to the notice of the Government;

(b) if so, the details thereof;

(c) whether these arms and ammunitions have been supplied to ultras in various parts of the country; and

(d) if so, the steps taken by the Government to check the recurrence of such incidents?

(a) No case of smuggling of arms and ammunitions from Ordnance Depots and Ordnance Factories has been reported.


(b) to (d): In view of the above, question does not arise.
