(a) whether the Government/ Enforcement Directorate (ED) has conducted raids against the persons involved in Benami Transactions to attach their benami properties and unaccounted cash;
(b) if so, the details of such assets and cash attached by ED during the past three years;
(c) whether the Government has taken severe criminal action against such benami property holders; and
(d) if so, the details thereof?

(a) to (d): Action under Benami Properties Transactions Act, 1988 is done by the Income Tax Authorities. The Income Tax Authorities till 31.12.2018, have identified more than 2000 benami transactions. These include deposits in bank accounts, plots of land, flat and jewellery. Provisional attachment of properties under the Act has been done in over 1800 cases. The value of properties under attachment is more than Rs. 6900 crores.
