(a) & (b): Joint Army Exercise Surya Kiran with Nepal was held from 31st October to 13th November 2016 in Nepal. The next round of this Exercise will be held in India in 2017. It is one of the largest Exercise India conducts with any nation in the SAARC region. Such exercises help to enhance cooperation with defence forces of friendly foreign countries.
