(a)& (b) Out of 226km of NH-63(Nizamabad-Jagadalpur section) passing through Telangana State, 157km has already been improved during last 3 years at the cost of Rs 95.00 crore. The improvement work for 49km length of NH-63 sanctioned at the cost of Rs 98.59crore is in tender stage. The provision for improvement of balance 20km NH-63 has been made in Annual Plan 2014-15.
The Feasibility Study/Detailed Project Report (DPR) for upgradation of about 120km long NH-563 connecting Karimnagar District Headquarter with Warangal (near Hanamkonda), a newly declared NH is under way.
