(a)whether it is true that the 175th tripartite governing body meeting of Employees’ State Insurance Scheme(ESI) was held in the year 2018, if so, the details thereof;
(b)the agenda discussed in the meeting and decision taken in the said meeting along with the outcome thereof; and
(c)whether the Government has implemented the decision of the said meeting and if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons therefor?

(a): Yes Sir. The 175th meeting of Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) was held on 18.09.2018.
(b): A total of 37 agendas and 16 reporting items were placed for discussion and information of the ESI Corporation. Out of the above, 36 agendas were approved by the Corporation and 01 agenda was referred to the Sub-Committee for decision. Reporting items were submitted for information only.
(c): Out of 37 agendas presented, action has been completed in 36 cases. In one case (ESIC-4), the decision could not be implemented due to decision of Hon’ble Supreme Court. The details are placed at Annexure.
