MINISTER OF STATE IN THE MINISTRY OF RURAL DEVELOPMENT
(SHRI RAM KRIPAL YADAV)

(a) to (c ): Under Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana – National Rural Livelihoods Mission (DAY – NRLM), funds are released to States as per the approved Annual Action Plan. The Annual Action Plans for the financial year 2016-17 have been approved for all the States and three Union Territories (Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep and Puducherry). The first instalment of funds has been released to the eligible States as per the prescribed norms. The additional funds to the States are released after release of 2nd instalment subject to availability of savings and on the request of a particular State, after reviewing the programme of that State. Till date, 2nd instalment has not been released to any of the States. Therefore, request for grant of additional funds can not be considered at this stage. So far, request has been received for allotment of additional funds from the State Government of Tamil Nadu and Madhya Pradesh.
