(a) whether the Government proposes to connect the people of middle and marginalised classes with the corporate world by giving them preferred priority in allotment of outlets in shopping complexes being constructed in various cities of the country and by providing them loans at cheap rates;
(b) if so, the details thereof; and
(c) the criteria to be fixed for the purpose as it has been seen that corporate world has its monopoly for years and it is not accessible to the common people?
