(b)&(c) Disinvestment Commission constituted in the month of July, 2001 has so far submitted reports containing fresh recommendations in respect of fifteen companies and review recommendations in respect of four companies.

(d) The priority for disinvestment is determined keeping in view market conditions, the nature of disinvestment and any other factor, which is likely to impact the realisable value.
