(a) whether the Government has formulated any plan to reopen the closed sub-centre of the Sports Authority of India (SAI) at Muzaffarpur in Bihar;

(c) whether the Government has any plan to upgrade and develop the sub-centre as a regional training centre; and

Sports Authority of India are under review and based on the same a decision will be taken regarding re-opening the Special Area Games (SAG) at Muzaffarpur in Bihar.
