Question : INCLUSION OF OBC CASTE INTO THE LIST OF SC

(a) the names of the State Governments which has requested the Union Government to include certain castes of Other Backward Classes (OBCs) into Scheduled Castes (SCs) during the last three years;

(b) the names of the castes regarding which proposals from State Governments including Bihar is pending;

(c) whether the castes getting benefits of SCs in Bihar also get the same benefits in other States; and

(d) if so, the details thereof?
