Will the Minister of CHEMICALS AND FERTILIZERS be pleased to state:
(a) whether it is a fact that the Government is contemplating on bringing considerable changes in the Drug Price Control Order (DPCO);
(b) if so, the details thereof; and
(c) the details of the changes likely to be incorporated in the fresh DPCO?

(a): The Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 2013 is amended from time to time keeping in view the requirements of the time and other developments.
(b) & (c): In view of reply to (a) above, does not arise.
