(a)whether the Government has any Proposal to award dealership of fertilizers to farmer’s organization to double the income of farmers;
(b)If so, whether the Government has formulated any standard policy in this regard; and
(c)If so, the details thereof?

(a) to (c): No Madam. Government has no role in awarding dealership of fertilizers to farmer’s organization. However, all the State Governments, Government of Union Territories and Fertilizer manufacturing PSUs have been advised that the farmer’s organization may be treated at par with the cooperatives while offering dealership of fertilizers.
