Question : EDUCATIONALLY BACKWARD DISTRICTS

(a) whether the Government have any proposal to identify more districts where minorities live in large numbers and are educationally backward also;

(b) if so, the details thereof;

(c) whether the Government also propose to identify such areas which are economically backward; and

(d) if not, the reasons therefor?
