(a) to (d): Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) is Government’s major reform initiative to re-engineer the existing delivery processes, ensuring better and timely delivery of benefits using Information & Communication Technology (ICT). As on date (11.07.2019), around Rs. 7.57 lakh crore have been disbursed under DBT. In order to monitor the progress of DBT schemes and to generate multiple reports based on aggregated information provided by Ministries/Departments, DBT Bharat Portal (dbtbharat.gov.in) has been developed. At present, 439 schemes of the Government have been on-boarded on DBT Bharat Portal. The amount disbursed under Direct Benefit Transfer for Karnataka is as follows:
