(a) whether it is a fact that the doubling of Gooty-Renigunta balance section has already
been taken up and is pending for completion;
(b) if so, the specific reasons for incompletion of the Gooty-Renigunta balance section; and
(c) the time by which the above work is likely to be completed ?

(a) & (b) : Patch doubling of Gooty-Renigunta has been taken up in the following phases:-
i) Pullampet-Balapalle(41 kms) (completed).
ii) Pullampet-Bhakrapet (44 kms.)
iii) Cuddappa-Muddanuru (55.26 kms.)
iv) Kondapuram-Rayalacheruvu (52.13 kms.)
(c): 2008-09.
