Question : PARKING ARRANGEMENTS FOR PRIVATE AEROPLANES AT NAGPUR AIRPORT

(a) whether the Airports Authority of India proposes to make arrangements for parking and night stay of private aeroplanes at Nagpur Airport;

(b) if so, the details thereof;

(c) whether the private operators had requested for these facilities at Sonegaon airport; and

(d) if so, the action taken by Airports Authority of India (AAI) thereon?

(a) & (b) :- Yes, Sir. Out of 7 parking bays available at Nagpur airport, Airports Authority of India (AAI)can allot 3 bays for night parking.

(c) & (d) :- Yes, Sir. AAI has already alloted 2 bays for night parking to Deccan Air.
