(a) & (b): The responsibility of identification of eligible farmer families and uploading their correct detail on the webportal www.pmkisan.gov.in for getting the benefits under the PM-KISAN Scheme rests with the concerned State/UT Government. The benefits under the Scheme are transferred directly to the bank accounts of the beneficiaries after receipt of corrected details of farmer families verified by the States/UTs and their validation through Aadhaar/PFMS. In respect of any error, data are sent to concerned states/UTs for their corrections and further processing so that benefit could be passed to them.

To further facilitate registration of farmers, an exclusive ‘Farmers Corner’ has been provided in the PM-KISAN Web-portal through which the farmers can do their self-registration. Farmers can also edit their names in PM-Kisan database as per their Aadhaar Card through the Farmers Corner. Farmers can also know the status of their payment through the Farmers Corner. The village-wise names of the beneficiaries are also available in the Farmers Corner. Common Service Centres (CSCs) have also been authorized to assist the farmers in performing the above tasks.

The State/UT Governments have been requested to organize Publicity/Awareness Camps to ensure expeditious Aadhaar authentication of the data of the beneficiaries along with new registrations and correction of already registered data.

States/UTs have been requested to ensure that no eligible farmer family is left out and the progress of implementation of the Scheme is regularly monitored through weekly meetings through Video Conferences.

(c): The State-wise details of farmer families registered under PM-KISAN who have not been given any installment are given at Annexure.
