(a) whether IOCL in Madhya Pradesh is paying annual tax on land purchased between 1999 to 2000 by various State Government agencies;
(b) if so, the details thereof; and
(c) if not, the reasons therefore?

(a) to (c): Yes, Sir. During the period 1999-2000, Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOC) had purchased only one plot of land, from a Government agency, at Siltara in district Raipur in the State of Madhya Pradesh. However, this location now falls in the State of Chhattisgarh. IOC has paid Rs. 30,534.00 towards annual tax for this land.
