(a) whether some of the Government flats/bungalows are still in unauthorised possession of former Ministers and Government officials;
(b) if so, the details thereof and the period since when they are staying illegally in these flats/bungalows;
(c) whether the Government has imposed/proposed to impose any penalty on these illegal occupants and if so, the details thereof; and
(d) the steps taken/being taken by the Government to get them vacated?

(a): Yes, Madam.
(b) & (c): The details of Government flats/bungalows which are under unauthorised possession of former Ministers who are not the member of either houses of the Parliament and Government officials alongwith damage charges are at Annexure-I. The details of former Union Ministers and presently MPs (LS/RS) who are in occupation of General Pool Bungalows and will be allotted houses by respective House Committees of Parliament are at Annexure-II.
