(a) the details of recommendations made by the Directorate General of Trade Remedies (DGTR) on anti-dumping, anti-subsidy and safeguard related matters during the last five years;
(b) the number of recommendations received and accepted; and
(c) the number of recommendations rejected along with the reasons therefor?

(a), (b) and (c): In last 5 years (since 1st April, 2016), DGTR has made final findings recommendations in 181 ADD, 10 Anti-subsidy (CVD) and 6 Safeguard (SG). Out of these, number of recommendations accepted are 140 ADD, 6 CVD & 5 (safeguard) and no. of recommendations rejected are 21 ADD, 1 CVD & 1 safeguard. Rest are under process of examination by the Central Government. For acceptance or otherwise, the recommendations of DGTR are comprehensively examined taking into account overall public interest and interest of stakeholders such as applicant industry, other Indian producers and downstream user industry.
