(a) & (b): No, Madam. Central Government has not made Aadhaar mandatory for availing benefits under Targeted Public Distribution System (TPDS) and other major foodgrains based welfare schemes like Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) and Mid-day Meal (MDM).
