(a) Whether the Delhi Police is registering FIR of every complaint regarding cognizable offence at Police Stations as per the decision of Supreme Court in October, 2006;
(b) If so, the number of complaints of such offence received by Delhi Police during each
of the last three years, district wise; and
(c) The action taken by the Delhi Police against such complaints?

(a) to (c): Delhi Police registers cases under appropriate section of law for taking up investigation in respect of such complaints wherein cognizable offence is made out.
