MINISTER OF STATE IN THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS (SHRI HARIBHAI PARATHIBHAI CHAUDHARY)

(a) to (c): There have been reports of cases of false allegations being lodged under provisions of the Dowry Prohibition Act 1961. However, the data regarding this is not available centrally.
