Question : Yoga Schools

Will the Minister of AYURVEDA, YOGA AND NATUROPATHY, UNANI, SIDDHA AND HOMOEOPATHY (AYUSH) be pleased to state:

(a) whether the Government proposes to set up yoga universities across the country;

(b) if so, the details thereof;

(c) the number of Yoga schools proposed to be set up by the Government in Rajasthan;

(d) whether the said schools are proposed to be set up in Tonk and Sawai Madhopur Districts; and

(e) if so, the details thereof?

(a) & (b): There is no proposal with the Ministry of AYUSH to set up any new Yoga University.

(c) to (e): There is no such proposal currently with this Ministry.
