Question : Violations of Guidelines of NGT

(a) whether a few builders are violating the guidelines laid down by the National Green Tribunal (NGT) and if so, the details thereof;

(b) whether the Government proposes to amend the guidelines as per the current requirements; and

(c) if so, the details thereof, State/UT-wise including action being taken by the Government in this regard?
ANSWER

(a) No specific instances of violation of guidelines of National Green Tribunal by builders have been brought to the notice of this Ministry.

(b)&(c) Do not arise.
