(a) whether the Government propose to review the performance of the CAPART;
(b) if so, the details thereof;

(c) whether the CAPART has not yet repaid the loan advanced to it during the last three years;
(d) if so, the details thereof, State-wise; and
(e) the action taken/being taken by the Government for the recovery of loan?

(a) & (b) : A Committee has been formed by the Ministry of Rural Development to review the performance and functioning of CAPART in the light of changing needs, priorities and working conditions, and submit its recommendations in regard to CAPART`s role and functioning in the coming years, its organizational structure, administrative/financial procedures and related issues.
(c): Government has not advanced any loan to CAPART.
(d) & (e): Question does not arise
