(a)&(b) To facilitate safe crossing of roads by pedestrians, foot overbridges and underpasses have been
constructed at many locations on National Highways as part of 4/6 laning. While finalizing the proposal
for bridges on National Highways, footpaths for pedestrians are being provided as per guidelines of the
Ministry.
