(a) Yes, Sir.
(b) In district Ratnagiri, out of 142 exchanges, 79 exchanges are having STD facility and 63 exchanges are without STD facility and in district Raighad, out of 143 exchanges, 128 exchanges are having STD facility and 15 exchanges are without STD facility. The remaining 63 exchanges in Ratnagiri district and 15 exchanges in Raighad district are planned to be provided with STD facility in a phased manner by March, 2002 subject to availability of resources.
