(a) whether the Department of Personnel and Training (DOPT) has introduced post based roster in place of the vacant based roster with effect from 02.07.1997;

(d) whether the Government propose to withdraw DOPT circulars dated 2.2.1997 and 13.8.97 regarding the rosters; and
