Question : CURTAILMENT OF RURAL PROJECTS

(a) whether the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. is contemplating to curtail some rural projects;

(b) if so, the details thereof and the reasons therefor; and

(c) the extent to which budgetary deficit is likely to be reduced as a result of curtailment of the projects?
